What mode of payments do you accept?
For international buyers, we accept paypal and credit card payment.

How much is the cost of shipping internationally?
We offer free shipping for sticker orders. Shipping is automatically calculated by weight. Our base shipping fee starts at 8 USD. All items we ship have tracking number so you can check where your item is wherever you are in the world.

Is there any difference if I purchase here or your etsy store?
In terms of quality, there is no difference. You get the same quality of items if you buy here or on our etsy store.

The only difference is when you order here in our own store, we get 100% profit on each sale. On our etsy store, for each sale etsy deducts a fee for both item and shipping fee. That's why we are able to offer cheaper price/shipping option here than on our etsy store.

We encourage customers to purchase here so they can save more but you are free to purchase wherever you feel comfortable and we give you assurance you'll always get quality items from us.

How long before an item is shipped?
We usually ship out as soon as we receive an order but please give us a week to process your order. We only ship items on weekdays. You will receive an email with tracking number details once I have shipped the item.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We are currently based in the Philippines.

International shipping delivery times may vary between 4 to 8 weeks. Please expect delays.

Items will always be shipped with tracking number and will be sent using registered mail.

Please note that customs tax and may vary on different countries and should be shouldered by the buyer.

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! If you'd like to request for a custom order you can send us a message just fill up the details in our Contact page and we'll discuss!

Is there a minimum order required?
There's no minimum order required! You can order 1 piece of a button pin or 1 set of stickers and we'll ship it to you with tracking number.

Returns & Refunds
If I send wrong design or the item is damaged upon receiving, I will send a replacement for the faulty item or offer a refund if preferred. No need to return the damaged item to me. Please contact me and provide pictures within 48 hours upon receipt of the broken item and we can discuss!

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customized and personalized items can not be returned (i.e. Notebook with printed Name)

If your order was delivered to you but you refused to receive it and sent back to us We can re-ship the item to you but you need to pay for the shipping fee. If not, we will issue a refund of your order minus the shipping fee. This applies to items with free shipping as well.

What if I provide the wrong address?
We always ship based on the address provided by the customer during check out. If it's not the right address, let us know right away. We are not responsible for shipments sent to the wrong address if you do not provide the correct address.

Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes we do! Just email us and we can discuss and we'll send you a quotation of total costs of both items and shipping! :)

Yes. Our site is enabled for HTTPS and SSL Certificate. That means your browsing is secure and protected.

We are a paypal verified business (We accept both paypal and credit card payments). All transactions are secured and we provide tracking numbers on all shipped orders so you can rest assured you know where your item is every step of the way.
