How many designs can I make?
There is no strict minimum number of designs when you order with us. Just let us know the quantity of notebooks per design that you need. (ex. 5 notebooks of Design A, 10 for Design B)
Can I make different designs with different thread color?
Yes. Feel free to message us for any custom requests or inquiries!
Will you sell my designs on your website?
No. We only offer our notebook production services. All products on our website are strictly only for items we draw ourselves.
How can I send my design after placing an order?
After placing an order through our website, you can send the design files with your artwork using our template and upload it here or send files via email at timelaxstudio@gmail.com
We'll check your file and send you proofs. This can take 1-2 days from receiving the file as well as confirmation from the customer.
After confirmation, we'll start production and we will update you accordingly.
How long will my order take?
Depending on the quantity, production can take 1 week to a month!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do international shipping! We ship via air through DHL Express with tracking. It takes around 3 to 7 business days.
